Weekly T - injections

Oct 18, 2012 10:25

Quick question: does anyone out there do their dose every week? I'm considering going to 0.5ml/week to smooth out some of the emotional peaks and valleys. any advice or insight?

this is exactly my dose. I found doing bi-weekly injections left me with too many mood swings and feeling really low toward the end. YMMV

Yup. Don't have the paper handy, but there is research out there to back the concept weekly injections up, even.

I do my shots twice a week, with my doctors approval. If twice a week is good, I don't see why once a week wouldn't be.

FYI, 0.5mL is the amount of oil you're injecting, not your dose - I'm guessing your dose is 100mg, but T isn't always concentrated at 200mg/mL. You always want to specify the amount of T, which is in mg, when talking about your dose.

I've always injected weekly, for about nine years now. Never felt any ups and downs at all; it's been smooth sailing.

I inject weekly, 80 mg (.4ml) I started it early on more due to spotting than moods. Now though, if I'm late by more than a couple days, my moods go straight to hell.

I don't love doing it every week, but I like the being more even keeled aspect
