not really, because your first puberty is the real one and coincidences with real growth cycles. You get taller, bones develop etc. The second puberty is a faux one produced by the hormone regimen you take and is dependent on which ones you are on, your dosage, your health, and your genetics. Although you would be better to check with a endocrinologist. Also the younger are the faster the results are and also the more dramatic they are, at least with estrogen. From what I understand regardless of age testosterone has basically the same effect on people who were born female, correct me if I am wrong. but it has to do with how the body works with chemicals, it is much easier to work with testosterone than to work with estrogen( laymen terms wise).
With testosterone, some of the benefits of starting earlier are things like growing taller, having bigger feet, a more masculine facial structure, and other things that shut off after your first puberty. But stuff like facial hair, fat distribution, and stuff like that.
These are just things I have read. I am no doctor, but I thought I'd add my 2 cents.
But you are totally right. It is way easier to add testosterone than to fight it! Many of the effects of T are very hard to reverse, and this is not as true about estrogen.
