Someone ties Jared up (or Sam) and makes him get himself off hands-free through only the stimulation of an aneros.

Bonus if he has a rope around his neck as choking him is always fun times.

Okay, this is weird, because I was honestly thinking of writing this very thing (minus the rope, but, you never know) before I even knew of this post. I think we are thought twins. And I think I might write this...
