Yeah, it's funny, I loved sweet potato chips for ages but just never tried potato fries and mmmmm, I have been missing out bigtime.

We got that a lot here. Sweet potato is called 'camote' in the Philippines, and we fry 'em and then coat with melted sugar. *loves*
