Engineering is what I did for quite a while. I was the chief engineer of a project for a few years. I also have experience in neuropathy and programming.
Then you'll definitely find a place here. You're invited at any time, ma'am----
---although there is a specific Neuropathy group. They're fairly selective and secretive, so you'd have to talk to them, but you might be able to help there.
Engineering's what I do best. Actually, I was an airship mechanic back home. I don't know anything about these "computer" things, but I can probably learn.

What do you mean, "all sense of time is thrown off"?
An airship mechanic is more than enough experience. You can work on vehicles, they have fairly simple computers for the most part.

Clocks don't work. No measurement of time works out here. We can never know exactly how much time has passed since we arrived here, the days and nights all blend into each other.
It's our location. We're in the Bleed, the space between dimensions. Every dimension affects time differently, and here we are---never knowing which way is up or what time is forward. The most we can do is keep track of waking and sleeping, and the avia tests disrupt even that.
Right, we'll have a cake. I don't think we have the ingredients for a real one, since it's been so long since the last shore leave, but I'll imagine the perfect one. Somehow.

Glad to know I'd be welcome. I'll make it a point to stop in soon.

That sounds pretty disturbing. Do you know why?
