Ordinary physicals, governed by the Hippocratic Oath and common medical ethics. I'm not asking to dissect anyone-- it'll be no different than going to the doctor.
I'm going to agree with Nanoha--I think this is a good idea.
I'm not a doctor--is there a standard procedure you follow? Maybe making that procedure known to the crew so they know what to expect will help alleviate some of the discomfort.
I'm not a (medical) doctor either, but I can promise it won't be anything out of the ordinary. Measurements of height, weight, a full-body scan, possibly a blood sample at the most, to check for type and if you need anything special in a transfusion. Quick and painless.
Nothing in particular. Unless you are a species other than human, and then it would help if you could explain some things to the staff, but I don't think you personally have to worry.

Just WHAT are these physicals consist of? I'm not going to be turn into some lab rat just for the sake of "health". GLaDOS did that enough recently.
