Would anybody happen to know where I could find a guy by the name of Static? Billy Cranston told me to look for ya and see where ya needed help in repairs.

You'll probably find him in the hotel in the city, its where the Outsiders are located.

I've got an 'office' in engineering, but most of my notes are down in Outsiders Plaza in the city. Most of what I'm working on right now is repairs to the bridge; lots of little bits to take care of there. I haven't even begun to think about the engines yet; I still need to have a chat with Stacy about those, but I know they need work. Life support's running fine, so that's one thing we don't need to think about...

Before I get ahead of myself, what's your specialty?

I've had my hand at all kinds of repairs. Been the sole mechanic on a ship for over a year, 'nd helped with my daddy's shop 'fore that. Most experience's in engines, but I can do a lot've the other stuff, too. All depends where ya wanna stick me.
