The Shrike lies in front of them, still with a little bit of freezer burn on its tough dark skin. It smells a little bit like rotting fish mixed with New-Car-Smell. Howard walks over to the creature's face and tilts his head all the way over, like he's trying to pop a crick in his neck, but it's only because he's never been good at hiding his visual cues of curiosity.
It's nice to have the Med Bay back. It's still a little messy and god only knows when they're going to get that one x-ray machine replaced, but this was the first place Howard returned to after the robots were defeated. He came back and he started cleaning. Honestly, he was a little disheartened that more of the medical staff didn't come join him first thing.
