Ankh's first concern was gathering information about this place; the hawk candroid was already flying around where it would and he'd follow it to anything useful later. His next concern then, was returning to the pod caverns. It would be easier to do after all the new crew members had settled, and so he had to wait, no matter how pissed off it made

Sitting on a higher level of the walkway, Caz watched with mild confusion as Ankh pitched his usual temper tantrum, but the nature of what the hell he was looking for was the puzzling part. OOOs? Why? Ankh had said it himself- he didn't need OOOs to fight if he was at 'full' power. Maybe to eliminate him before he awoke...?
Regardless of the whys and the whats, Cazali remained seated, watching and making no motion to make his presence known. Not that he was being particularly stealthy, but he'd let Ankh work to figure out he was here.

"Wait? Hn." And there was the serious face again, a hand coming up to press on his chest. "I can't try anything. Would I~? Duh. But I don't take gambles like you do, I like sure techniques." He looked Ankh in the eyes, swallowing his pride. "If we fought, you'd win. I'm well aware of that, you asshole." A curt laugh, and he looked up at the ceiling. "We spent our entire existence fighting. If I know anything, it's tactics."

He saw the motion for the windy thing and tossed his arms up in fronto f his face to block any serious damage but-- it was cold that wind that--breeze? could you call it that?-- it was so much colder compared to the heat that was so stifling in this place, it was almost a shock; shouldn't he had expected that? It wasn't the first time he'd been on he end of Cazali's wind attack.
He was almost too dumbfounded to process the temperature change; he stared at Cazali for a moment, and the wind was gone; it was hot again, it was humid it was muggy it was suffocating. Ankh was breathing heavily again, and his right arm was now covering half of his face as he grabbed his head. He'd dealt with these senses before why was this such a problem, whyHe stumbled away a step and was still holding his head, hunching slightly and looking out over the cavern and away from Cazali. "Y- ( ... )

...nothing? Really? Wasn't this the part where he got toasted and ran away...?
His voice was careful, for once. He knew Ankh was stronger than he'd been in a long time, given this was as close to complete as the bird greeed could come. So caution was the best he could do. Caz slowly stood up, shoulders and neck straight for a damn change. "I had something to try for, then. Now what do we have~? No world, no medals, no point." It...was weird. This was weird. He didn't like this. Ankh was supposed to attack him, that was normal. Maybe if he... "I don't have humans to fawn over and keep me busy." The second the words left him, Caz tensed and braced for impact. It would work. It would be atypical.

He turned to Cazali and he practically stumbled over to the other Greeed again, grabbing the front of Cazali's shirt in his Greed arm and all but ripped the fake fabric. "Shut the hell up already!!" He was shaking why the hell was he shaking, he attempted to shove Cazali away to cover up the fact, and though there was the force of his anger behind it, there was no doubt that he was a bit unstable at the moment.

...no, he would have rubbed it in Caz's face. Okay, all logical explanations were gone. And Cazali hated not understanding something. So, he marched over and grabbed Ankh's jacket collar, face still unchanged. It wasn't even malicious, just...baffled as all hell.
"Why. Are you. Freaking out?"
...maybe spazzing was contagious.

"Just get the hell out of here already!!"He wasn't even thinking about the fact that he was freaking out anymore, all he knew was that he really didn't want Cazali grabbing him.

Wait, duh. The human. He always forgot about that thing.
Cazali staggered and stayed still, trying very hard to concentrate on senses he barely had. The room felt a little weird and...enclosed?, but he couldn't smell or taste the pungency of the room. Nor could he see anything weird through his yellow filter. ...but that had to be it, right? Ankh himself had no reason to freak out, so...
His casual attitude returned, and Cazali rushed over to the assbird, grabbing the Greeed arm and yanking as hard as he could, as quick as possible. Curiosity and confusion were more fueling him than any kindness.

It took him a minute to register what had just happened when he realized Cazali had a grip on him again and was pulling his arm-- Ankh was particularly resistant to having his arm removed today apparently, because he grabbed the top half of his Greeed arm with his left arm and attempted to pull back. "I said let me go you damn moron!!"

This is the most ridiculous tug of war ever.

It was ironically easier to wrench free when he was just an arm, and so a less sloppy struggle came to get him out of Cazali's gasp. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!"

"Do you feel better now~?"

And oddly enough he did feel...better. Was that the right word for it? Everything was...dull again. But the heat and pungency were barely noticeable to him now, even if the world was now coated in red. His breath was still a bit heavy, but it's not like he was going to bring it up. "The hell do you think you're doing, huh?" It was dumb to think Cazali was being altruistic or anything.

"Trying to make you calm down. You can probably scan easier this way, too~" In other words, he wasn't going to admit he mostly did that for the lulz, and because Ankh was too stupid to think of it himself. Oh, and science. Can't forget science.

"I'm done scanning," He scoffed, walking over to where Shingo's body was lying on the ground. It was a relief the officer hadn't woken up yet at least. "I told you it's pointless. Find him on your own if you're that worried."
Reply
"Sure, sure~ If I find him, I'll be sure to tell you." More like 'run and use you as a coinshield', but that was an understood thing. "Have fun with your search, when you do resume." A pause, and he couldn't help but add in another jab. "Try to think and not use that damn body when you do it, hm~?"
With that, Cazali jumped down to the bottom-most floor of the cavern, shifting to Greeed form as he fell, and dashed off deeper in to the pod cavern.
