Just coming off of patrol, Shoutarou parked his motorcycle outside, and headed into the restroom, as it was closer than the agency. Not that this was an emergency stop by any means, but still.

...however, stepping into the men's room showed him a woman (and a lot of hair) playing in the water.

"GAHHHH! What the hell are you doing?! This is the men's room!"

"Oh, hi there!" Rapunzel exclaimed, not at all nervous at the presence of yet another stranger in her midst. It was starting to become a little bit of a norm now that she was surrounded by so many refugees all from worlds not her own. With a smile and a vigorous wave in greeting, she gave a slight shrug before sliding back to the faucet. "I didn't see you there. Sorry for hogging up the fun! Did you come to see the fountains, too?"

Shoutarou just stared at the girl for several moments with a gobsmacked expression before he finally got ahold of himself. Running a hand down his face, he shook his head. "Fountains? This is a bathroom, miss."

"Bathroom?" She echoed back, giving him a bit of an odd look at the use of a word she never heard of before. "What's a bathroom?"

Rapunzel jumped slightly, startled by the new voice and yet pleasantly surprised to discovery it was yet another female. "Whoops! Sorry, I guess I got a little... ahead of myself! Did you come to see the fountains, too?" She asked excitedly, leaving several faucets purposely running just to hear the sound of the water echo across the bathroom walls.

"Isn't it beautiful? And look, I think if you push that handle inside, it makes a bit of a whirlwind!"

"This place is dank, yo," Punchy says, zipping up the many layers of his costume as he exits a stall...and runs face to face into a real, live female.

"Hey, shawty, uh...you lost?"

Mei had heard the girl come in, of course, and she'd listened for a few extra moments before exiting the stall and quickly washing her hands. While it was different from the bathrooms at home, Mei would never have expected anyone to be entirely unfamiliar with things. Such an innocent child! Mei would just have to show her the ropes.

Well, that was the plan, at least, but Mei had to spare a moment or two to blink in wonder at all the hair. Her own hair was her pride and joy, of course, thick and red all the way down to her ankles, but she would never have imagined anyone with even longer hair than that. It was only a moment, though, before she realized the girl was playing and it filled her with warmth. So she was sheltered, and perhaps a little misguided, but sweet. Finally she spoke up. "Having fun?"

Rapunzel jumped lightly when she heard a voice address her, yet another one either confused by her antics or surprised by her presence. "Hi!" She quickly responded, her posture erect and wet hands hidden behind her back. "I was ... just ... " And finally she slumped and gave a sheepish look. How could she deny the truth? "Yeah, I guess I got a little carried away!"

Mei laughed lightly, thoroughly amused at the girl's response. "Don't be ashamed. Everyone has the urge to explore new things."

She didn't blame the girl at all, because water was something close to her heart and the bathroom was indeed impressive. Mei felt a pang of pity though, wondering about how horrible conditions must be where the girl was from for her not to recognize anything at all. But while she was thinking about it, she couldn't just keep calling her 'the girl.' Introductions were in order! Mei extended one hand, still smiling. "I'm Mei. It's a pleasure to meet you."
