Admittedly, Sasami was a little tired from the excitement and hustle and bustle of the day. Thus, as she approached, she stifled a slight yawn.

Big glowy trails usually either meant fantastic food, dances or...it was a trap and the trappers were hoping the trappees would be dense enough to fall for it.

Personally, the Doctor was going to hope the first two options were much more likely. He hiked through the darkness to investigate, pausing to scan the fungus with the sonic (interesting readings -- then again, interesting planet, he'd be disappointed if it didn't have interesting readings), and then pocketed it before catching up to Sasami and the others. He planted himself on a nice patch of earth so he could have a good look around, both at the Rom and also at the rest of the crew.

Aibghalien dropped down to the gathering in dragon form, though with a pair of words he restored himself to his elven form.

From one pocket he drew a wrapped cloth, which he unwrapped only a fraction -- but that was enough to let light wash out of it in a warming glow. Satisfied that the spell was still functioning in this foreign environment, he rewrapped the stone inside and replaced the cloth back in the pocket.
