Well, someone's having a good time, Decade thought, pulling out his RideBooker and transforming it to Gun Mode. Best to be prepared for anything, after all...although he wasn't quite ready for seeing a beaten-up clown tied to a chair while a person in a red mask practiced his shooting.
Pointing his weapon down, Decade leaned against a column to watch the show. After a bit, though, he spoke up, Decade nodding his head toward the bound clown and said, "You have a problem with clowns or something?"

There's something about this clown that's...disturbing. Ran through Decade's mind as he glanced toward the prisoner. He turned toward Todd, and said, "Obviously, this was personal. You don't see that kind of a beating just on a Mook."

Still, she couldn't help but quip, "I've heard clowns can be pretty scary to some people, but this one just looks pathetic."
