The voice belongs to the Daligig now standing on the raised platform in the center of the room, wearing something that might be the equivalent of a lab coat and a pair of glasses for the species. For those who have experience reading non-human body language, this one appears to be a female, unsurprised by their presence, and in the mood to be helpful.

She is also slightly transparent, like a hologram.

"I am Dr. Tah-pik. What are you looking for?"
