He chuckled wryly when he heard the question, shaking his head a little. "Nothing much to tell. Trust me. What about you?"

"So what'll you have, Mister...?"

"No mister. I'm Nathaniel Richards. But I suppose you could call me Nate." He was really getting sick of hearing his own name called. He offered the man his hand, noting how he'd deftly dodged the question about himself.
"Surprise me, Mister...?" His smile was friendly enough. He hadn't met many people on the ship. And he saw no reason to be antagonistic to this particular person.

"So, Nate, how long have you been on board?" He pulled out a clean glass, and began to mix up something for Nate. He figured he'd stay light on the liquor, didn't want the boy to fall over.

Of course she wasn't so good with ages to place someone who was a few decades younger than the Lex Luthor she's seen on TV.
"I'm actually looking around," Selene said, leaning on the bar to look at the drinks. "I don't drink myself. But I'm fine with a conversation if you can tell me your name. I'm Selene Jones."

"Oh, a few things, here and there," Mr. Wednesday says with a vaguely dismissive gesture. He leans forward just a little to eye the liquors. "Is there any absinthe back there?"

She had to admit that the lounge was impressive - more so because it actually had good stuff to drink. Though, she's openly wary about the guy running the place. More so since she'd heard there were versions of him being a badass supervillian.
"In my world I'm a sheriff's deputy and a former Army Ranger," she tells him, giving him a look that all but says she will break him in half if he looks at her sideways. "What more do you need to know?"

She thinks for a moment. What does she want to drink? "Gin and tonic. Please." She hasn't had one of those in what seemed like forever. Sounded really good about now.
