Gone really, really well, all things considered.
And there was another date coming up soon.
That made Kara happy.
But she wasn't making the same mistake she'd made with Brainiac 5 by being all cute and flirty and clingy. Granted, she was a very different Kara around Julian than the Kara she had been around Brainiac 5. So far, it seemed to be working really well.
The fact that she heard someone yell her name - an unfamiliar voice at that - made the blonde Kryptonian stop in her tracks. She turned around to see a - Oh, Rao, is that a soul patch?! - redheaded male racing towards her. He looked very, ah, excited.
Her eyes growing wide, Kara shot straight up into the air.

He feels his stomach start to drop a little. "Umm... okay, I know you're the Kara I know, there's no mistaking it, but... when are you from?" He tried not to bite his lip, a usual tell of his unease.
