Something the Command team should do is set about organizing and setting up Safe zones as well as defensive strategies for teams at safe zones.

At the current moment the Quarter is looking like it could be a good defensible location for a safe zone. After all if they can get into that, no where is safe.

Another designated safe zone could well be the Vatican given its been used for that purpose before.

I would imagine they would also need to decide just what they should focus on defending/taking back.

'Vadum's primary focus's would be:
-The Pods
-The Armoury and special weapons
-Food supply
-Safe Zones

Locations in the city are a secondary for him, military minded as he is. Best to protect what they need to survive and fight back.

So, how much room to push things do I have?

Because Leon's priorities will be as follows

1. Maintain the already set-up safe zones (and put Nathan in charge of that, maybe?)
2. Assemble teams for search and rescue, to escort people to safe zones and all of that. (Which can be headed up by Security)
3. Find the Daligig and squeeze them for information.
4. Lead a team to deal with Shodan once and for all.

Trudy's priority is securing the armory, so she'd most likely be sending her soldiers to do that unless Leon has something more important for her to be taking care of. Her first thought was the Quarter but that appears to be in hand already.

Fate will help out with the search and rescue, but if Leon needs her elsewhere, she's more than willing to do whatever he needs. o7

2 - Also very awesome
3 - I will check with the other mods about this, I think they just left before the plot happened / locked in a place where they can't be gotten but I will double check.
4 - I will plurk you some details about this >B]

ALSO at one point, they will discover the power dampers so they'll be able to destroy them and restore people's powers, so I'm sure Leon will want to dispatch people for this too. (this should start happening halfway next week.)

'Vadum will see to maintaining the security of the Quarter which can also serve as safe zone and attempt to secure the hanger as best as can be done in the situation.

If needed he can also direct teams and provide support for those search and rescue teams in the upper levels.

Dean will be helping on number 2 as well.
