Elections out: Proposal to reinstate Great Issues rejected

Michigan State's undergraduate government, ASMSU, wrapped up its elections yesterday, with the results published here. There seems to be a disconnect in the results of two proposals. Although there was a narrow vote to not reinstate Great Issues, there was also support to look into
