They're primarily a Buffy fansite but they've branched out into other fandoms. I know of one author, seriousfic, who's work was archived without permission. Judging by some of the other names I've seen on the site, I don't think he's the only one. Well, judging by their disclaimer, that's EXACTLY what they're doing - archiving writer's work without their permission. There's also non-Buffy related fic. Which is only accessible by registering. I know fanfic is in a legal gray zone but archiving an author's work without permission is just not cool, especially when that site accepts ads. I have a serious dislike of sites making money off fannish works and not passing that money on to those who actually produced them.
