“Natalia,” Olivia giggle-gasps in protestation. But Natalia’s having none of it, she has Olivia pushed against the stove, her hands working hurriedly on the belt of Olivia’s coat.
“Olivia,” Natalia purrs into Olivia’s neck, into the spot that always makes Olivia moan and insides tingle. “You were only supposed to be gone for three days.”
“I know,” Olivia husks. Natalia’s hands are inside her coat now and she’s cursing that it’s winter and the bajillion layers she’s put on underneath.
“It’s been six,” Natalia accuses, taking a nip out of Olivia’s jaw.
“I think..” Olivia pants, Natalia’s fingers have found the inside of her blouse and it’s getting harder to concentrate. “We can live without each other for six days.”
Natalia stops. Her lips are smiling but there‘s an edge of seriousness in her voice. “I can live without a lot of things but I can’t live without you.”
Olivia’s supposed to be a cynic, all hard-edges and tough girl demeanor but she melts, all twinkling eyes and goofy grin. Her hands reach up, cupping Natalia’s face. She pulls their lips together. The kiss is soft and sweet and gentle but Olivia’s starting to feel it now, the distance between them and the desire to close it. And she’s hungry, hungry for Natalia, hungry for her touch, her taste, her feel.
And now it’s Natalia who’s being pushed against the stove and kissed breathlessly. Her lungs scream for air and Natalia’s pulling back. “Wait,” she pants into Olivia’s mouth, “I thought I was supposed to be seducing you?”
Olivia pulls back enough to gaze into Natalia‘s eyes. “You are,” she purrs and Natalia feels a shiver that reverberates down to her toes.
“Well, okay. Just as long as we‘re perfectly clear.” Natalia gasps as Olivia finds that spot on Natalia‘s neck. “Welcome home.”
