Because the weekend's coming up, I have to work and I know I'm going to be bored out of my skull looking for something to do, I thought I'd try something new. Plus, I need some inspiration for my Epic Proportions fic, which I still haven't started, 'cuz the last thing I want is an angry ralst showing up on my doorstep!!

You know I'm tempted *insert evil laughter* but I can't bring myself to put you through the potential horror of some of the fics I haven't been able to read/finish.

Ha! I'm almost tempted to tell you to do it.. almost! but then I remember I'd like to use my eyes come next week!

You're right to be afraid, an angry ralst is a scary thing *g*.

And this is where I curse my lousy memory, as I cannot think of a single fic to suggest, but I'll give it some thought and see if something works loose.

This is a story (or series of stories) that I've been told by several people is very good, but somehow I can't bring myself to read. It might be the page set up or the fact I associate the writer with J/7 (shudder) but I've never got further than the second line.

Ooh, that should be interesting. I remember GL from all the way back in my Xena days. I know I liked her Voyager stuff even though, at some point, I became disinterested when I meandered to the next fandom that caught my eye.
