=( I'm sorry, bosses can be real bitches sometimes and that's a perfect example. She seem like the person who would go off on you more if you confronted her about things, any ways to sneak a complaint in over her head?

She doesn't seem too fond of confrontation, she always tries to manipulate the situation or twist around what you're saying. And I wish there was a way to go over her head but I'm fairly sure she'd intercept anything T_T
