alright... heres the low down. i got pulled over on base speeding. 33 in a 20, the MP takes my license and military ID. he comes back and gives me a verbal warning. the sticker on my plate is expired...(the registration is valid, but Michigan Sec. of State won't send me another sticker until i find the old one.) and i didn't have proof of insurance
