Let's face it, when times get rough, most people turn to an old standby song that warps perception enough by crowding it with memories to provide at least 4 to 5 minutes of respite.

Bright Eye's Bowl of Oranges, nearly anything off of Radiohead's Amenesiac, and, incidentally, David Gray's Please Forgive Me. Seems like David Gray is an across the board pick thus far.
