The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford     HQ 30MB   HD480p 22MB   HD720p 47MB
The full trailer for Brad Pitt's upcoming Western. As the charismatic and unpredictable Jesse James (Pitt) plans his next great robbery, he wages war on his enemies, who are trying to collect the reward money - and glory - riding on his capture. But the greatest threat to his life may ultimately come from those he trusts the most. Also part of the cast are Casey Affleck, Jeremy Renner, Sam Shepard, Zooey Deschanel, Sam Rockwell and Mary-Louise Parker.
The teaser was released last June, then the movie got delayed by a year and apparently re-cut. And while that usually doesn't bode well, the movie is now part of the official competition in Venice. Hard to tell from the trailer what the final movie will look like other than it won't be your typical western.

Run, Fat Boy, Run     5 MB
Full UK trailer for this comedy in which Simon Pegg plays a charming but oblivious overweight guy who leaves his fiancée (Thandie Newton) on their wedding day only to discover years later that he really loves her. To win her back, he must finish a marathon while making her realize that her handsome, wealthy fiancée (Hank Azaria) is the wrong guy for her. Dylan Moran is also part of the cast. Directed by David Schwimmer.
Maybe a little too much physical humour.

The Secret     17 MB
Mystery thriller produced by French money about a man (David Duchovny) whose life changes suddenly after the bus carrying his wife and daughter goes off a cliff. The wife (Lili Taylor) dies at the hospital, but the daughter lives. When she regains consciousness, she appears to be possessed by the dead wife.
I posted the first trailer version in January last year but only now will this remake of a Japanese horror movie get a theatrical release in France. But I thought maybe the Duchovny fans reading this blog might be interested.
