wai! the picture is awesome! IMHO, kita sa mga mukha nyo na sobrang na-enjoy nyo yung wedding ^__^
i am totally with you about getting everything right. naman, it's your sister we're talking about here, of course you'd want everything perfect (or at least very, very near to it) for the big day. kung pwede nga lang ikaw na lahat ang gumawa eh. i felt that way about my cousins' wedding (gah, the rushed one). kaso that wedding wasn't really happy. pffft. i hope the next one i'm involved with will be the opposite (in 16 months' time!)
post the other pictures in your multiply, ayt? again, glad everything went ok! ^__^
Wah! Sorry for the uber late reply! Thanks for the comment!
Will post pics as soon as we get them from the photographer... Haven't seem them yet... But we're so excited! Can't wait!
Good luck on the next one you're involved in! Baka pwede trade stories tayo about wedding disasters that could be prevented through advanced planning. Haha!
Lolz. Your sister looks lovely in that filipiniana-type wedding gown. ^_____^ (I wish more brides opted for that look instead of the typical tight bustier with a tiara and oodles of tulle. The neckline and the veil that your sister chose are so elegant!)
And yeah, it's actually better for things to NOT go according to plan but still stay fun, as opposed to what happened to my cousin's wedding (where they tried so hard to stick to the plan that in the end, everything fell apart.T_T)
Wai! I have to thank you K for posting your wedding nightmare story here on LJ. As I said, I told my sister about it and I guess she took it seriously, the planning of the wedding I mean.
The gown was done by a very skilled cotourier (Is my spelling correct?) - Jun Pimentel. I too was surprised when I saw the wedding gown, it was so simple but looked good on her because it fit so well...
I guess spontaneity is better than rehearsed or scripted so yeah I totally agree with you...
