I love riding the MRT. Maybe because it’s something that works in the Philippines. It’s a symbol that I wish we had more of around here. It works, it’s efficient, and it gets you from point A to point B so easily. I also like giving up my seat to lola’s and lolo’s. I love seeing their faces and I love the smile they give back to me. It’s worth so

For me, the mrt is a sight that could cure sore eyes. Although its location does nothing to my aesthetic sensibilities but conjure up pain, its presence reassures me that yes, the phils. is going somewhere.
i'm happy there are still people like you who stand up for the lolos and lolas.
and i'm happy too you see the beauty in the everyday.
