I rank that bit of 'scientific evidence' up there with Oprah saying that starting your meal with a fat helps digestion. For me, that statement confirmed what I had known all my life: start your meal with dessert.

Well, hello! Thank you for validating my orgasmic love of chocolate. Now--recipe?? I want to bring it to book club on Monday!
SYTYCD!!!! This is one of my all-time favorite routines in the history of the show. I LOVE Christopher Scott, and not because he has both my boys' names.
Great snip! Seems I've seen this somewhere...hmmm... :-P
Recipe is soooo simple. Get Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie pkg, add 1 c of graham cracker crumbs and 1 c of melted butter. Mix. Press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan (or whatever the size is of the longer baking pan). Cook in 375 preheated oven for about 20 min (or until set). Add...well, I added two bags of milk chocolate chips. (I think it's supposed to be a bag and a half. But come on...Really? Can you have too much chocolate. Uh...NO! ) Let chocolate melt for about 5 minutes. This is also where I altered the recipe because sometimes me and broiling don't mesh...and I wanted the chocolate chips to be nice and melted. (they weren't after 5 minutes.) I lowered the temperature on the oven to 270 and placed the dish back in the oven once I placed a layer of marshmallows. (I used one pkg of the large ones and tore them in half. I saved one to eat. :-)) I cooked it until the mellows were nice and brown. Let it cool for about 10 minutes...and prepare yourself for a happy mouth. If they weren't so rich I would have eaten the entire pan

I love the last two lines of your snippet. They made me... well, not quite curious, but intent on finding out what is going on.
