Score One for Negotiation

One of my New Year's Resolutions for this year is: Try to negotiate everything; the worst they can do is say no. Score one for that, big time!

Just watch for the premium channels when they expire - I doubt this will be anyone's fault or maliciousness, but they may roll over into paid channels. If that's not what you want, just keep an eye out.

All that said, hoo-rah for sticking up for yourself!

That was actually the start of this saga. I am definitely well aware that I'll need to hover over the billing aspect of this closely.

I'm impressed by their response, but even more impressed by the fact that you thought of making this particular item a New Year's resolution. You get communication skills practice, confidence building, and financial benefits to boot. Brilliant on several levels! Love it!

Impressive!! We had to fight with AT&T back when they were Cingular but it did not go so well. We had to file a lawsuit before they were willing to do anything to correct their error. Arg!
