Progress not perfection.

So they're not "Real Pizza" but the Lean Cuisine little pizzas are not so bad at all! I like them, lunchy-style, ~300 cals, the spinach/mushroom or margarita are good (not so, the "flatbread" style ones or the roasted veg). Might make not giving up the frozen pizzas a better possibility?

Thanks, I'll try them! I love the regular Stouffer's pizzas. Oddly, HEB doesn't carry Stouffer's regular line, but I'll look and see if they carry Lean Cuisine.

Thanks for the tip!

My emotional eating issue is that I love food. Dearly. When I'm sad, I want goooood food. When I'm happy, I'd like to celebrate with good food.

Which is why I've gone mostly vegetarian, whole grain, unprocessed as possible food; at least in the house. When I'm incapable of crappy decisions strictly by location and laziness, I eat more healthily and more mindfully.

My other weird food revelation came from our special-needs dog. We've had to stop all snacking/eating outside the dining room because our dog goes nuts trying to "protect" our food from other pets. Keeping eating to an around-the-table or a quick handful of snack while standing in the kitchen has improved my eating habits spectacularly.
