I Dreamt of Hot Dogs

So, I had this strange and anxious dream last night. It featured the characters (in all their quirkiness) of Corner Gas. Apparently, one of them had a hot dog shop and was in the habit of going on week long vacations (no, I haven't watched the Brent vacation episode recently) and asking someone to mind the shop for him/her in his/her absence.

You know, other than Steve you're the only other person I know who watches that show! It's on its last season right now, I think. They want to go out proudly and not drag things on for years and years (-ahem-FriendsEverybodyLovesRaymondFrasierSexAndTheCity-ahem-). Sorry, had a bit of a coughing fit there...

It's thanks to kellyklages and her hubby that I got hooked on it, and believe me, I am grateful. It's totally hilarious, and like many who watch it, I'm sure, I know people in real life who are virtually the characters on CG. ;) I have up through season four on DVD (because who would air a good Canadian show in the States?!). Does that mean that season five or season six is the last? Talk to Steve; let me know. ;D

Hahahaha... I know I'm a couple of days behind on LJ again, and I hadn't read this before, but I had the Corner Gas closing credits theme stuck in my head this morning so that cracks me up. As does the distances in Tel'ahran'riod. ;)
