Don't because sometimes it's nice when you HAVE to get up early, and then when the class is done, you have loads of time for other stuff.

There are solutions that can be purchased at the store. You can also make your own with hydrogen peroxide and water. The peroxide will need to be diluted quite a bit or it will burn a little.
