has anyone tried to thing where you stop using shampoo and you just rinse your hair with water and conditioner weekly?

i am intrigued but afraid. i've met people with OMG GORGEOUS AMAZING hair who claim to do it but they say it takes a few weeks to get used to.

it works for a while, but shampoo is what takes the grease out of your hair. so if your hair is super greasy normally, i wouldn't do it.

but if not, i'd say go for it. if you don't like it, just use shampoo. no harm done
