hahah that clip. gavin and stacey is really SO funny, there are so many great characters, actual gavin and stacey aren't the funny ones really it's like their parents, her uncle and best friend. i think it's very british humour because it plays on stereotypical essex/welsh people but i think you'd like it! and it's finished with three short series now so watch it all and then discuss with me RIGHT NOW.

this question annoys me. go to the video store, not the bank. what the fuck is the bank going to do. this is why people can barely get legitimate overdraft fees reversed--irresponsible fucks like this coming in with their hats in the hands just because they don't feel like paying a fee.

the problem isn't the video store late fees, though, it's the bank overdraft fees.

but the bank is perfectly right in charging overdraft fees. she signed an agreement with the video store that they can charge her bank account. she didn't verify the movie had been returned. she knew the bank charges overdraft fees when she goes in the negative.

i guess if anything she should be taking the friend to small claims court but don't try to recoup your losses from the only party in the whole situation that wasn't directly involved.
