I don't understand people who are rude to CSRs. It's seriously unnecessary 99.9% of the time and makes me cringe :(

it's not just phone reps, it's the cashier at Target or the guy taking your order at McDonald's. It's a wonder more people don't get spit in their food for acting like douchebags.

No, I know. CSR = customer service rep? like, anyone.
Every time I go out with my family I'm pretty sure i'm going to end up with some 'special sauce' in my food, so when they're rude I apologise to the whoever when the family member isn't watching.
