I think that on the surface I'd get along with most of them, but creamicannoli would agitate me. She's secretive and I don't want to probe people to get to know them.
gtfo might get on my nerves. She's really funny, insightful and awesome sometimes, but IRL I might get sick of her pity party. It's fine in small doses.
I like naughtydolphin, but I don't know what the hell we'd do IRL that would be fun for both of us, so I don't think the friendship would go anywhere.
I do wonder if sofrigginsweet's snark would wear me down, but I'd be willing to try.
It is! What gave me away? Me listing 1/2 my flist?
I like everyone on my flist, otherwise I wouldn't bother friending them. I would absolutely love to get everyone in a room together and let the giggles, rumors and snark (and punches) fly. I think by the end of the night we'd all be singing bad '90s songs and laughing.
It makes me happy that I can maintain semi-relationships with people on the internet that I might have a hard time being around in real life. It challenges me, and I like that. Therefore, I friend pretty much anyone I particularly like, and take it from there.
That's one reason I really like livejournal, (as opposed to other social networking sites) it gives the opportunity to for strange bedfellows to get to know each other and get to know ourselves a little bit better. Myspace and Facebook is just a series of circle-jerks, but LJ is a place where people get to know each other, who would ordinarily pass each other on the street.
