my every day habits. Sitting in front of my computer refreshing my email every two minutes. Grabbing a snack and being lazy. That I often choose to listen to music and zone out rather than pay attention to the world around me. I feel like I miss out on so much.
If you have social anxieties or phobias or something like that, don't be ashamed. But you can try and work through those habits.
If you're just plain lazy, you can make little changes and compromises to have a fuller social life! Don't be sad anon. But also: don't let yourself wallow. GET OFF YOUR ASS GODDAMMIT AND GO DO SOMETHING.
I do plenty of internet-ing and stuff and am often slothful but I also make myself do fun social activities, clean/be productive/make stuff, and in the long run it makes me feel much better about myself.
