When I moved out on my live in ex, he claimed that I left the house a mess, left dirty dishes in the sink, and other bs like that. I went back to get some of my stuff that I missed, including a text book I needed for a class. He wouldn't give me the text book until I did the dishes. He had actually brought my book with him to work. So I went in while he was out and did the dishes (he had lost all of my money at a casino, there was no way I could afford to buy the book again and desperately needed it for assignments). I got to the house, and there were dirty nasty dishes in the sink. So nasty they had maggots on them. I rinsed them in cold water, put them in the dish rack to dry and got my book back.
