Here is an example of pedestrian and vehicle tracking on a 2011 Volvo S60 prototype which identifies pedestrians, warns the driver, and applies full braking power if the driver doesn't react in time. I love it ( Read more... )

I love seeing something like this and appreciating all the really hard non-glamorous things that went into making it work, but then being able to take that and make it even better.
