I am quite happy and pleased with myself. i passed my written paramedic exam and i couldn't be happier. i finnaly feel as if i can mov e on with my life and join a volunter fire dept and get a second job and other shit. so today i am happy

At work i am faced every second with having to traige what i do. To triage means to seperate and organize what needs to be done now and what needs to be done next and what can wait.
