i'm taking a break from painting. yes, after living here two years, we've finally started painting the walls. we are such slackers. but yesterday was a mighty productive day! we painted the bathroom a lovely buttery yellow. it looks like the color of the apple butter drizzle that comes on top of the blondie at applebee's. mmmm.... our favorite ( Read more... )

How about when you're done, you come over and paint the inside of my parents' house? My sister and I have been threatening to paint it purple, since we technically own it. Heh heh heh.
I'm impressed that you guys are so productive, BTW--hope the landlady saw and appreciated the fruits of it.

sure! we will totally paint "your" house purple. unless it would madden your mother, of course. i don't want to make her dislike me. :)

i'm sorry we didn't end up meeting up with you guys on saturday night. we wound up spontaneously stopping at the hardware store on our way home after pride and loading up on paint and supplies, and then we began dismantling the bathroom and wiped ourselves out. heh. i hope you had a grand time and i'm glad we got to see you for a little bit on the common (and in the "dining hall" that was the food court).

we should come out and visit you soon.
