2nd Rankyaku: Voice

I've heard that there are quite a number of swordsmen around here. I'm sure there must be a few of you who wouldn't mind some practice against a fellow swordsman, right?

[Silence.]

Ah. That's right. Didn't you want to fight as well, Straw Hat?

*guilmon, *brook, *hyuuga, *luffy, !voice, *okita, silly pirates, practice makes perfect

[Kaku jumps back, not as far as he can, but far enough to get a good space in between them.] You're good!

Too bad I'm holding back. [He flips his blades around to hold them underhanded instead of normally, and just goes into a stance.]

[Oooh! This guy was a lot faster than Kaku previously thought! He quickly moves to parry the blow, while stepping backwards a bit to give himself breathing room as he aims to counterattack with this free blade at Hyuuga's own arm.]

[What better way to avoid an attack than jumping over it entirely? This is what Kaku attempts to do, by using Hyuuga's momentum to attack against him by flying on over his head to make a double attack form above at Hyuuga's wrists.]

[Hitting the swords is what happens, letting Kaku to use the force of the blow to his swords to fly further outwards and away from Hyuuga. Finally landing, Kaku quickly sends himself in to attack again by jumping up into the air, lower this time, and sending both blades down at once at Hyuuga like a Praying Mantis.]

[Kaku keeps a grip on his blades, attempting to parry the thrust to the best of his ability, but he left himself pretty open in this case. Without the use of his abilities, he keeps that damn grip and due to his attempted parry, actually spins in mid-air thanks to the momentum of the attack from Hyuuga. At least, until his feet touch the ground again.]
