Honestly toxins, you forgot one of the most *wonderful* smells... that of freshly made, dark, oily coffee. You know, the kinds faintly redolent of stilton cheese and feet? The kind that has tons of tannins, is chocolaty and bitter, creamy like melted cheescake and lingers on the back of your palate. How could you miss THAT smell, being an academic???

Best way to get forgiveness after a dutch oven incident... make a pot of sexy, amazing coffee. MMM, gryph 667... do I SMELL coffee??? (the humunculi begin chanting, coffee, coffee, coffee...)

You are right...I love the smell but I'm allergic to caffeine. But that makes sense for most people that know me and elicits the quote:
"Thank God, we don't need to see toxins on caffeine"

Jeezus dumpuf! That's the most disgusting description of coffee I've heard in a while -- chocolate and cheesecake I'm on board, but CHEESE AND FEET?

Have you been drinking that coffee that they feed to weasels and then collect later prior to grinding?
