Most of the lighter bruises had started to heal, fading into shades of yellow and green before shrinking. Some of the deeper ones, though, the ones around his wrists, on his shoulders, those were still deep purple. They're easy enough to hide, but the one curling around his eye and down his cheekbone? It's a bit harder. He'd been sort of curled over his plate, pushing it around.

Still, when he sees Romeo his face breaks out into a smile and he puts his fork down. "Romeo! Hello!"

Romeo frowned at the bruises, "Did someone hurt you sir?" He looked like he wanted to go teach whoever had done a lesson, which he did. He peered at the bruises in concern and then remembered why he had come.

He grabbed Rory's hand and started to pull him across the room. "I said I would introduce you to Molly, she's over here." He waved with his free hand.

"Molly! This is mister Rory he's a really good person and wanted to meet you!"

Molly was, predictably, stuffing her face with food. Being in a nightmare world had taken a lot out of her but it was nothing that a monstrous meal couldn't fix. She puts down her fork, "Romeo! Hi Rory! I'm Molly!"

Rory's used to being dragged around like a rag doll, and despite the fact that Romeo's much tinier than he is, he let the little boy drag him on over to the other table. He'd heard a bit about this Molly, most of his recollections of the conversation were sort of glossed over in spite of recent events, but he does remember saying Molly was a princess.

She doesn't seem very princess-like, but maybe they do things different where she's from. He's quiet though, merely bowing his head a little. He's not shy, per se, and certainly not weary--if Romeo's her friend, she can't be bad, right?--but what to say.
