and my word, it is cold. My trip to LA and Maui was fantastic. I am still smiling even as my teeth chatter as I dream of beautiful beaches and warm breezes. LA was perfect; it was all a reunion should be, just not enough of it. I'm glad you had a good time. I'm not jealous...even though Maui is one of my favorite places.

LA was perfect indeed. Well, you were perfect in LA. And it was not long enough. Not long enough at all and I might be saying that no matter how long it was. I would have loved to share today's splendid warm sunshine with you, and if I were powerful enough, I would send some sun your way, so that you wouldn't need your mittens.

Mittens do get in the way afterall.

every time I see your icon, my body temperature goes up several degrees (well, certain temperatures rise more than others) so maybe I should just carry your picture with me to ward off frostbite. BTW, I went back out with better footwear and did my duty; I am now the proud owner of an "I Voted" sticker.
