Does anyone understand this? It's 5:55am and I've been awake all night trying to pass this damned test, so maybe I'm not able to think as clearly as I'd like. First of all, I don't remember the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act being in the course literature at all, now could I find it when I went looking for it. B is the only answer that makes any sense, and I know nothing about insurance.

Let me explain that...

You can rule out A and C because an applicant is not a customer because they haven't yet purchased anything.

You can rule out D because a customer does have a relationship with the insurer.

So the logical answer would be B. It makes sense too, because the word consumer is a general term for a group of people who use a particular good or service. The word customer is far more personal.

Hi Dishy. Thank you. I'm fighting with another one. I got it wrong the last time I took the Einstien and hoped I wouldn't face it again. I still didn't beat the 85% there but I went ahead and started the Superman to hopefully get that one completed and passed. Wouldn't ya know it, I got hit with the same question again and still can't figure it out. Not the one above, a different one. Can you help me?
