I didn't have much time today, but I did walk outside for a few minutes to take some pictures. I found the super macro! But I'm still not happy with the focusing . . .

Well, I haven't played around with the new camera very much yet - and it still feels very new and awkward - but I took a few shots to see how the zoom works.

I got the new camera this afternoon! Wow - so many things to learn! And omg - the ZOOM! It's amazing! Where's that bald eagle now?! :D

We spent most of today at my mother's house visiting with my cousin and her family who are here for a few days. It was funny - I hadn't seen her for at least 25 years - I just remember her as a somewhat bratty kid and now she is a lovely woman, wife and mother with three beautiful children ( Read more... ) -

The art is NOT done! o_O But it's close, and imho it is the prettiest H/D I've ever done. ^.^ Can't wait for everyone to see it. -

We just got home from my sister-in-law's birthday party, and Sunday one of my cousins is coming into town to visit - so we're having lots of family stuff going on. I don't think I've seen this cousin since she was in high school and now she's in her 40's with three kids. o_O Wow ( Read more... ) -
