yep, it can be hard to get rid of stuff. I always think, I will need that the day after its been tossed!

That *is* the dilemma, aargh! And at the same time, I sometimes have this fantasy of throwing almost everything away and starting over.

I have had that fantasy too, and have actually HAD to do it on a couple of occasions

Yes, I imagine it would be like a rebirth, as would throwing all my stuff away. At least hair grows back -- I probably would have serious regrets if I tossed out all my stuff.
