Woke up to someone stealing my comfortable boots and trying to make glass ones fit... They didn't.

I think they've gone to look for something to chop my toes off hopefully they won't find Yuu but I don't know if hiding inside the closet is going to stall them for long.

To what? Who's they? The robots? Rabi, you have to get out of there before they find you. You have your Innocence with you, don't you?

[grimaces]

The elevators react to my curse.

Really?

[skips along]

Well, it means that I can't stay with you after this. You have your shoes back, so I'm sure you can defend yourself properly now?

[spins around, already set foot on the stairs; dramatically asks:]

You're abandoning me? [he's one to speak about abandoning]

[gently reproachful]

I'm keeping you out of harm, that's all!

Is this throughout the hotel? [pfft, you think he didn't notice? he's freaking bookman junior. his job is to notice details, thanks.

ps, insert deadpan bookman voice as he thinks of a strategy.] If so, what's the safest floor you can think of?

Yes. It affects the guest.

[pauses to think. she's practically gone through the entire hotel...]

...Maybe if I swam far enough from the chairs, umbrellas, and towels, the pool might be a safe place...

I'm sure that works out, and if I have my mallet grow big enough to create a barrier, I'm sure you'll be safe.
