Well, I woke up this morning far earlier than I really wanted. But here we are, so I thought I’d update the journal a bit. I’ve honestly been so busy these past few weeks that I haven’t had much chance to do it. And I mean that - this is really the first time I’ve had the chance to put some thoughts to “paper” as it were.

Thanks - like I said, we'll have to see how it goes. So far I've been pretty lucky in getting the time off. Of course, I always feel a touch guilty that I'm not at work making money (however little I'd be making). But the logical part of my brain points out that rest and recuperation is important.

Things are 'okay' right now - however I suspect that once the new owners come in and the dust settles the place will be top notch. The present owners have been neglecting the place for a long time. It's kinda sad really. The new owners are restaurant people, so I think there will be some improvements. But we'll see.
