hmmmm flashforward eh? i'm a huge lost fan but i've never heard of this. we don't have cable or anything, so maybe i'll have to wait for the box set.

CastTV is your friend. :-) We gave up Satellite a good while back and our quality of tv/movie viewing has gone up astronomically! Between that and Netflix streaming, we're never at a loss for things to watch.

Assuming you have a computer you'd be willing to watch movies on, obviously. I have a box I got off ebay that hooks the VGA out on my laptop to the HD inputs on the TV. (My video card actually supports HD-out, but Dell didn't seem to see a reason to actually provide hookups to it...) The picture is amazingly good, especially after I spent some time the other day re-calibrating all the settings.
